SUMMARY:Ontogenetic Development (IDME)
DESCRIPTION:Course Fee: € 700 (VAT tax included) – € 50 discount with registration by the Early Bird deadline (July 15\, 2026) \n5 days\, 35 class hours \nFaculty: Gloria Desideri\, Anka Sedlačková\nVisiting Teachers: Maria Martinez\, Eleonora Parrello \nThe period from intrauterine life through approximately 12 months of age is an extraordinary formative time for humans. Our basic movement patterns emerge in utero\, are present at birth\, and develop through the first year of life. It is during this time that we build the groundwork for our movement and perceptual skills and pass through the milestones by which we mark our development. \nIn this course we focus on: \n\nthe developmental milestones including: fetal movement\, nursing\, head control\, eye-hand coordination\, rolling\, circumduction\, belly crawling\, quadrupedal creeping\, sitting\, kneelsitting\, kneel-standing\, half kneel-sitting\, half kneelstanding\, squatting\, standing\, cruising\, walking\nthe sequence of development that allows the infant to progress through each and all skill levels during its developmental  process\npatterns of movement that inhibit more integrated skills from developing\nfacilitating integrated movement skills and inhibiting patterns which limit full development.\n\n  \nPlease\, inquire with us and wait for our reply before proceeding with your registration. \nInformation: staff_leben@lebensnetz.it  +39 3394981834 \nRegistration Form \nIDME Program Calendar 2026-2028

SUMMARY:Senses and Perception 1 (IDME)
DESCRIPTION:Course Fee: € 560 (VAT tax included) – €50 discount with registration by the Early Bird deadline (July 10\, 2026) \n4 days – 28 class hours \nFaculty: Gloria Desideri\, Anka Sedlačková\nVisiting Teacher: Federica Antonelli\, Wilma Vesseur \nOriginally\, our senses exist only as potential and then develop in response to stimuli and experiences. Tactile perception and sense of movement are located in every cell of the body. Sight\, hearing\, taste and smell are localized in the head. It is through the senses that we receive information from our inner (ourselves) and outer (others and the world) environments. \nThe way we filter\, modify\, distort\, accept\, reject and use this information is part of the act of perception. Perception is a global experience. It is the psychophysical process of interpreting information based on past experiences\, present circumstances and future expectations. \nWhen we choose to absorb information\, it means that we create a link with that aspect of our environment. When we block it\, keep it out\, it means that we are defending ourselves from that same aspect. Learning is the process by which we vary our responses to information based on the context of each individual situation. \nIn this course we focus on: \n\nthe exploration of the six senses (movement\, touch\, taste\, smell\, hearing and vision) and their development\nthe analysis of perception as a cyclic dynamic process of stimulus-response\nthe experience of bonding and the ability to establish relationship\ngoing away (defending) and going towards (learning) as psychophysical processes based on perception.\n\n  \nPlease\, inquire with us and wait for our reply before proceeding with your registration. \nInformation: staff_leben@lebensnetz.it  +39 3394981834 \nRegistration Form \nIDME Program Calendar 2026-2028 \n

SUMMARY:Psychophysical Integration-1
DESCRIPTION:6 days / 42 class hours (day off\, April 24) \nTo find psychophysical homeostasis we need to maintain our ability to respond to present circumstances in ways that support maintenance and/or return to health and balance. In Body-Mind Centering® we can access ways to transform our habitual psychophysical habits to more fully embody our potential and range of possibilities. This requires continually making conscious decisions to play an active role in the direction of transformation through increased presence\, mindfulness and relationship with self\, others and community. \nThis course includes: \n\nExploring in more depth the psychophysical aspects of each of the body systems and developmental movement.\nUsing the senses and perception material to identify aspects of psychophysical expression.\nInterconnecting psychophysical patterns in the expression of the whole person.\nRecognizing and supporting the repatterning of nervous system reversals through the different tissues of the body.\n\nBMC® Teachers: Gloria Desideri\, Jeanette Engler\, Thomas Greil \nInformation and registration: staff_leben@lebensnetz.it \nRegistration Form \nBMC® Practitioner Program – calendar  \nBMC® Practitioner Program – description

SUMMARY:Subcellular System and Immune System
DESCRIPTION:Subcellular System\n3 days / 21 class hours \nExpanding our research of cellular awareness\, we explore cell membranes and subcellular structures\, such as mitochondria and nuclei. Through this experience we broaden our awareness of how these micro structures relate to the body systems at a macro level. \nImmune System\n3 days /21 class hours \nThe immune system plays an essential role in maintaining heath and well-being. The mind has a powerful effect on the immune system and psychophysical states can directly affect the funcioning of this system. We focus on homeostasis and returning to balance; adapting to an ever-changing environment\, and becoming aware of how we cope in a world of stress. \n \nTeachers for this two course module are: Gloria Desideri\, Walburga Glatz\, Thomas Greil \nRegistration Form \nGo to the calendar of the Practitioner Program \n

SUMMARY:Breathing and Vocalization
DESCRIPTION:6 days / 42 hours (1 day off) \nWe manifest our state of being through our breath. Through the expressive qualities of our voice\, we communicate to the outer world who we are. Our voice reflects the functioning of all of our body systems and the process of our developmental integration. Bringing kinesthetic and auditory consciousness to our vocal structures opens pathways of expression between our unconscious and our conscious mind and between ourselves and others. Breathing and vocalization are a continuum of the same process. The breath powers the voice and the voice strengthens and reflects how we breathe. Both reflect our state of being and health. \nThis course includes: \n\nThe anatomy and physiology of the breathing and vocalization structures: the 5 diaphragms\, pharynx\, larynx\, body cavities\, lips and tongue. (Note: The lungs are covered in the Organ System course.)\nThe role of the pharynx and other cavities of the body in the production of resonation and vowel sounds.\nDistinguishing the structures of the larynx and their roles in sound production (pitch and intensity).\nGaining awareness of your own breathing and vocal patterns and facilitating repatterning in others.\nExploring the psychophysical aspects of breathing and vocalization.\n\nThis is course is part of the BMC® Practitioner Program. In order to attend it is necessary to have the Somatic Movement Education certification. \nWith Gloria Desideri e Piera Teatini \nInformation and registration: staff_leben@lebensnetz.it \nRegistration Form \nBMC® Practitioner Program – calendar  \nBMC® Practitioner Program – description
