BMC® and its various fields of application

Dancers, therapists, psychotherapists, singers, body-workers, social workers, child educators, teachers and many more professionals are engaged today in the embodiment process through the BMC® approach: in Italy and abroad they bring in their life and work the awareness that facilitates in themselves and others the growth- and transformation-process.

BMC®: developing a sense of community and exchanging among different cultures

In the Body-Mind Centering® tradition, developing a sense of community and the ability to relate and communicate within the context of a group, have always been integrative aspects of the learning process. In our experience here in Italy, we constantly witness how the variety of cultures, languages, personal and professional backgrounds, enriches the environment where all of us, students, assistants and teachers continue to evolve.
