Leben nuova srl is the company that organizes and offers Body Mind Centering® certification programs in Italy. Developed by the founder of Body-Mind Centering®, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen , the programs in Italy are directed by Gloria Desideri.
Our commitment is to promote the growth of consciousness in individuals and groups: through BMC® training, and by helping communication and networking among people interested in somatic education, we aim to a deeper and embodied awareness of us as human beings and part of our communities.
Body-mind integration is a gradual process of descovery and transformation. It leads us to the embodiment of ourselves down to the cellular level, knowing from direct experience of our bodies, and allowing the development of our potentials.
In order to effect change, we start at the beginning
