Through training programs and networking, Leben nuova is committed to promote research and education in the field of Somatics, facilitating the development of body-mind integration and the growth of consciousness in individuals and groups.
Training in our programs is mainly based on experiential, integrated and embodied ways of exploring movement, body and consciousness. While exploring the body-mind continuum on themselves, students learn to share their knowledge with others and to develop tools for their self-discovery and learning.
